We do not return any pallet that has been cut to the customer, as it was cut exactly for him and therefore we cannot refund the money as well.

All of the sod we deliver is high quality and fresh cut, weather may affect the initial look of the sod in the pallet. But it is perfect and good quality after installation.

We are not responsible for any sod that gets bad after installing it, as irrigation/soil problems are a part of it and we don't have control over the customers'  treatment of the sod.
